At day time, the controller managed the solar panel to charge the battery in PWM or MPPT way, during this time, controller can choose boost charging model or float charging model to charge the battery according to the power-condition of the battery. It will protect the battery from over charging if the battery is full.

At the night, the controller will switch the light automatically, and it can be programmed to dimming the light if battery lack of power.
